How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
Your unique tracking number
A direct link to the carrier's tracking portal
Real-time updates on your package's status
The carrier's name and contact information
Expected delivery date (when available)
Simply click the tracking link in your email, or copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier's website to see exactly where your package is.

You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your Young Stella account:

Sign in using your email and password
Go to "Order History" to view the latest status of your purchase
Click on the specific order to see detailed tracking information
Track Without an Account
Placed your order as a guest? No problem! You can still track your order:
Go to youngstella.com
Click on "Track Your Order" in the footer or menu
Enter your order number and email address
Click "Track" to see your order status

Delivery Attempted The carrier tried to deliver but couldn't — check for a notice
Customs Hold (International) Your package is being processed by customs
Available for Pickup Your package is ready at a local facility for pickup
Where Is My Package?
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry — carriers don't always scan at every stop.
Common Tracking Scenarios:
Scenario What to Do
No updates for 2-3 days Normal, especially during peak seasons. Your package is still moving.
Marked "Delivered" but not received Check with family/neighbors, look around your property, check leasing office, wait 24 hours, contact carrier.
In Transit past estimated date Weather or carrier delays happen. Contact us if 5+ days past estimate.
Delivery attempted but you were home Check for notice, verify address, contact carrier to reschedule.
Stuck in customs Customs processing varies by country. Young Stella cannot influence customs delays.

International Tracking
For customers outside the United States:

Missing items? Check your shipping confirmation email — sometimes orders are split into multiple shipments. If all items should have arrived and something is missing, contact us within 7 days.
Damaged package? Take photos of the damage before opening, document any damage to the items inside, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
Wrong item received? Contact us within 7 days with your order number, photos of the item received, and confirmation of what you ordered.
Order never arrived? If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
